Our premium laminated and double-pane Smart Glass units integrate UL Certified Smart Film PDLC technology, allowing your glass to switch from transparent to opaque—or anywhere in between—instantly. When powered off, the liquid crystal molecules scatter light, turning the glass frosted for complete privacy.

Smart Glass employs Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal (PDLC) technology, where liquid crystals are dispersed in a polymer and cured between layers of transparent conductive plastic. The resulting “sandwich” acts as a dynamic light filter:

Voltage applied → molecules align → crystal-clear transparency
Adjustable voltage allows precise control of light and heat

Laminated Smart Glass Composition
PDLC films are sandwiched between glass panels using EVA adhesive interlayers, creating resilient Smart Glass units. Custom glass types can be used for each project. Double-pane units protect the Smart Film inside for added durability.
